How to use iPh.Dj
Play Music
Upper part of each turntable is for playback control of iPh.Dj.
- Tap a playback button at the upper left corner of each turntable to play or pause music.
- A slider at the top (ranging from -50% to +50%) is pitch controller.
- A longer slider bar just above the record is progress control. You can move to any point in the music track.
Lower part of each turntable is for volume control.
- A slider bar at the bottom is volume controller.
- One slider bar between left turntable and right turntable is crossfader. By adjusting this bar, you can change the input level of each music track.
Select Music
You can select music for a turntable by tapping the center of that turntable.
Music library of iPh.Dj appears.
As soon as you select one music, that music is being loaded to the turntable.
You can delete songs by selecting ‘Edit’ button and select the song you want to delete and pressing ‘delete’.
Or you can swipe the song to left side and press ‘delete’ button. (You cannot delete pre-installed songs.)
Import Music (for iOS4.0 or later)
You can import songs from your iPod library. Press “Import” button and select songs from the iPod library. Due to iOS system requirement, songs being played stop while importing songs from the iPod library.
For iPh.Dj version1.0 users
With iPh.Dj 1.0, you cannot import songs from the iPod library. In this case, downloading songs from Mac or PC is the only way to import songs.

Looks cool to use – imaginative app.
Can imagine being able to scratch with records on the deck.

Brilliant app, about time someone made a simple DJ app like this!
Couple feature requests though:
Keying on the pitch controller (to keep the song in key even if you slow it down/speed it up)
Reset pitch to 0 when loading a new tune in the deck.
A way of resetting pitch in the UI (instead of having to drag the bar to 0).
A way of changing the pitch with finer granularity.
A way of switching cross-fader to left/right deck immediately.
Great, great app!
One other thing, on IOS4, would be nice to be able to import more than 1 song at once, some other apps allow this already. Thanks!
